These terms set out the rules for using audytai.center and constitute terms of service for electronically supplied services under Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
Service provider
The service provider is Marek Adamczyk, operating under the audytAI brand. Contact: contact@audytai.center. These terms are available free of charge at this permanent address, and can be viewed, saved, and printed at any time.
Scope of the service
audytAI publishes free editorial content (knowledge base, AI Act checklist) and a contact form for enquiries about an AI-readiness audit. No account is required. These terms cover only the electronically supplied services — ordering and delivering an audit is governed by separate arrangements.
Using the site and contract formation
Any device with an internet connection and a modern browser is sufficient. The contract for the contact-form service is formed the moment you submit the form, and is performed once we reply — no further steps or costs are involved. Submitting unlawful content through the form is not permitted. We may take the site offline temporarily for maintenance, updates, or issues at our hosting provider.
Nature of the content
Content on this site (including the knowledge base and checklist) is provided for informational purposes and reflects the state of knowledge at the time of publication. It does not constitute legal or compliance advice — conclusions specific to your organisation are established individually as part of a commissioned audit.
Copyright
Content on this site is protected by copyright. You may quote it for personal use and commentary, with attribution and a link back to the source page. Commercial reuse requires our prior consent — write to contact@audytai.center.
Complaints
Complaints about how the site or the contact form works can be sent to contact@audytai.center, describing the issue and the page it relates to. We reply within 14 days.
Personal data
How we process personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Final provisions
Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms, in particular the Act on the provision of electronic services and the Civil Code. We may update these terms for valid reasons; the new version applies from the moment it is published here, with the date shown above.
