This policy explains how audytAI processes the personal data of people using the audytai.center website, in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Data controller
The data controller is Marek Adamczyk, operating under the audytAI brand. For data-protection matters, contact: contact@audytai.center.
What data we collect
Data you submit via the contact form: full name, email address, and optionally company name and message. Data you send directly by email. Technical data in aggregated, anonymous form (visit statistics).
Purpose and legal basis
We process form data to contact you, answer your enquiry and present an audit proposal — the basis is taking steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients and processors
The contact form is handled by Web3Forms — form data may be processed on that provider’s servers, including outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA), subject to appropriate safeguards. Hosting is provided by Vercel. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
If you consent in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps to improve usability; Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation, a US entity) with Google Consent Mode v2 — by default no analytics cookies are set, and they only start running after you actively give consent. Cookies used include _ga, _gid, _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Google Signals
As of 14 July 2026 we have enabled Google Signals in Google Analytics 4. If you consent to analytics cookies and are simultaneously signed in to a Google account in the same browser, Google may associate data about your visits to this site with your activity across other devices and Google services. Google Signals enables cross-device reporting and may feed Google’s advertising features — including remarketing audiences and interest-based advertising — even though we do not run ads directly on this site ourselves. You can control what data Google uses to personalise ads via your Google Account (myadcenter.google.com). Google Signals only activates once you consent to analytics cookies.
Retention
We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any cooperation, then for a reasonable period based on our legitimate interests (e.g. establishing or defending claims). Once the purpose ends, we delete the data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights, email contact@audytai.center. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page along with the last-updated date.
